Youth group end of year party

As the year is coming to an end, our Hope Ambassadors were thrilled to take part in an end of year event.

The event was aimed at recognizing and commending their efforts and good deeds towards combating HIV/AIDS in their community through community outreach activities. Those who were very committed were awarded with gifts aimed at encouraging them.

Chisomo Chinganya, an active member of the group, was awarded a gift for being punctual at the youth meeting. In her remarks she expressed her gratitude and commented that, “This event was refreshing, memorable and encouraging.”

The youth danced, shared in the experiences of the year, and with Mbedza members of staff they discussed areas for improvement in 2023 to ensure they hit the ground running in 2023.

Our counsellor, Bainatu, used the event to reiterate how the youth can keep themselves safe during their break over the festive season.
